Privacy Policy

At BuxMont Bouncers, your privacy is important to us. We do not sell, share, or trade your personal information with any third parties. All customer data, including names, phone numbers, email addresses, and payment details, are used exclusively for the purpose of processing your reservation, delivering services, and communicating with you about your rental.

We will never disclose your information to anyone outside of our organization except as required by law or to fulfill your rental (for example, sharing your address with our delivery staff).

Refund and Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change or the weather doesn’t cooperate. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent:

• Weather-Related Cancellations:
  If you must cancel due to inclement weather that makes it unsafe or impractical to set up your rental, you will receive a 100% refund or you can apply the full amount as a credit toward a future rental.

  Important: To qualify for a weather-related refund or credit, you must cancel before our truck leaves our facility at 7:00 AM on the day of your rental by emailing the team. If you cancel after the truck has left, or if we arrive and you decline the setup, 100% of the rental amount is non-refundable.

• Customer Cancellations (Change of Plans):
  If you cancel your reservation for any reason other than weather, we will retain your $50 deposit as a cancellation fee. Any additional amounts you have paid beyond the deposit will be refunded.

• Same-Day Cancellations and Refusals:
  If you cancel on the day of your event or if our team arrives at your location and you refuse delivery or setup, 100% of the rental amount is non-refundable.
